Data deletion request
When you connect a social account to this platform, we store the data the platform gives us about it. This page explains how to ask for that data to be erased, and shows the status of a request when the link you followed carries its confirmation code.
How to request it
- 1.In your Meta account (Facebook, Instagram or Threads), open Settings → Apps and websites.
- 2.Find this app in the list and choose 'Remove'; to request deletion as well, tick the data deletion option on the same screen.
- 3.Meta passes your request to us and gives you a link containing a confirmation code.
- 4.Opening that link brings you back here, where this page reports when the request arrived and what was deleted.
If your account is on a platform other than Meta, or you cannot see the outcome of your request, write to support@akisla.com.
