What data we collect
Your account details (name, email), your organization and workspace records, the content you create, and the public details of the social media accounts you connect. Your password is stored in a form that cannot be reversed.
Why we process it
To provide the service, publish your posts on the platforms you choose, manage team access, and produce the reports that belong to you.
Social media access permissions
The access we are granted for the accounts you connect is used only for the actions you ask for. Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown in the interface.
Who we share it with
We deliver your content only to the social media platforms you choose. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active. After you ask for deletion it is removed within 30 days at the latest, including from backups.
Our service providers
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service: Hostinger (Germany) for the server and database, Amazon Web Services (S3) for media files and backups, Resend for notification e-mail, Cloudflare for DNS and e-mail routing, and iyzico for payments. They host or transmit data on our behalf only and do not use it for their own purposes.
Data requests from public authorities
If a public authority requests your data we review the legal basis and validity of the request, challenge requests we find unlawful or overly broad, disclose only the minimum data strictly necessary where a request cannot be challenged, and record every request together with our response, its legal justification and the parties involved. We will notify you about the request unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
