Subject of the agreement
These terms govern your use of the platform. By creating an account you accept them.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account and for what is done through it. Managing the permissions you grant your team members is your responsibility.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to publish unlawful content, send spam, or breach the terms of the platforms you connect.
Ownership of content
All the content you upload and create is yours. Beyond the processing needed to provide the service, we claim no rights over it.
Third-party platforms
Changes, outages or account restrictions in social media platform APIs are outside our control. When a post cannot be delivered, we show you why it failed.
Fees and cancellation
Subscriptions are charged monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel any time from the panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
